Picture 1, 3 and 5 have no pipe clips, pipes are not straight, no extra flux removed, loose wires making this a  dangerous and unsafe site.

 

Picture 2 does not use jointing compound, which led to leaks.

 

Picture 4 shows sludge in the system due to improper power flush when boiler was installed. The customer changed diverter valve , flow switch, and installed magnaclean, so spent huge amounts of money on repairs, during warranty time.
